Developed a production-ready AI middleware platform designed to automate and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through RAG-driven agentic workflows. The system features a multi-step AI pipeline using Google Genkit and Gemini 1.5 Flash to classify support tickets, retrieve policy context (RAG), and generate professional, compliant responses. It includes a deep observability dashboard for sub-second latency tracking, a software-defined knowledge base for SLA management, and a dedicated contributor portal for AI-assisted skill matching.
Developed a full-stack, secure web application to streamline the employee grievance process for HR departments. This enterprise-grade portal allows employees to submit tickets, and provides admins with a robust dashboard to manage users and resolve cases efficiently. The system features role-based access control, significantly reducing case review time for HR personnel.
Abakwa-AUX is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that modernizes the digital ad exchange by directly connecting advertisers with publishers. It solves a key industry problem by allowing advertisers to make data-driven decisions; they can view a publisher's Google Analytics data directly within the app before approving an ad placement. Publishers, in turn, can monetize their content by browsing a marketplace of ad creatives and maintaining full control over what appears on their sites.
Developed a production-ready Android application in Kotlin to automate electronics inventory management. The app leverages Google's ML Kit for real-time, on-device OCR to instantly scan and extract IMEI and serial numbers from text, a modern CameraX implementation for the live scanner, robust Google Account authentication (OAuth 2.0), and direct, secure integration with the Google Sheets API for cloud-based data persistence.
Developed a professional, server-rendered real estate website from the ground up using Next.js. The application features dynamic, SEO-friendly pages for each property, a clean and responsive UI built with ShadCN and Tailwind CSS, and a functional contact form that captures submissions to a local CSV file for easy access. The architecture leverages the Next.js App Router for optimal performance and a modern user experience.
